JCC Compliance Program is designed with efficient, effective corporate controls that demonstrate our full, proactive compliance with all laws, regulations, contract requirements, policies and procedures. It is comprised of three parts: an approach to management understanding and involvement; organization structure and support; and plan components including risk assessments, training and education, compliance assessments, bubble-up reporting and disciplinary measures. JCC has a zero tolerance policy for unethical conduct or violations of the law. Employees are expected to report any suspected violation to their immediate supervisor, district management, our Corporate Compliance Department or a company attorney. The JCC Compliance Reporting Hotline (+971 2 650 3999) may be used for reporting violations anonymously. JCC does not subject employees to retaliation or adverse personnel action of any kind for reporting concerns or issues that they believe, in good faith, may violate the law or JCC policies.
